Refund policy

Returns

You can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items need to be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

A few things can't be returned: candles that have been lit, room sprays that have been opened or used, and gift cards.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@luxautumni.com or write to us through our contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Every piece ships from the brand that makes it, so we'll send you return instructions and the address to send it back to. Please don't send items back before you hear from us, because returns sent without instructions can't be accepted.

Return shipping

You pay for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or it isn't what you ordered.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get something different is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

We'll email you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post it.
